Changes I've Seen This Week
This week I did my 1 mile walk, upper and lower workouts all in one night. I liked that better since sometimes I just don't have time to go to the gym or my husband and/or son need me home at night. I am going to aim for three nights a week doing all three exercises. It took me about 1 hour to do them all in circuit. Oh, and my jeans are getting a bit loose. They almost fell off when I went to stand up after playing on the floor with LB tonight! Plus, although my numbers are up... my muscle mass is up! That is good. The more muscle you have, the more fat you burn. I'm hoping to see some low numbers next week with the daily exercise and calorie counting.
My Numbers {From Last Saturday's Weigh In}
{Green is Improvement, Red is Bad, Mmkay?, Blue is Stayed the Same}
Weight -228.8
BMI % -55.6
Water % -33.5
Muscle Mass % -33.3
How did you do this week?
