Welcome to Motivation Monday! I will be chronicling my journey back to a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Each week I will discuss how the previous week was and set some goals for the next week. My Weekly Workout Routine:
- Sunday - Rest and relax (Check)
- Monday - Short 1 Mile Walk (Check)
- Tuesday - Lower Body Weight Training (Check)
- Wednesday - Short 1 Mile Walk (Moved and cleaned things after our Meeting)
- Thursday - Upper Body Weight Training (Check)
- Friday - Long 3 Mile Walk (Not Check... I lifted heavy boxes though)
- Saturday - Swimming at least 30 Minutes (Suits are packed away, but I cleaned house for over an hour)
