Healthy Steps
Last week was NOT healthy! I had a stomach virus. And... although I lost weight and body mass, I also lost muscle and bone mass. Plus, it is likely I'll gain it all right back as soon as I can eat normal foods again. Today I am still on applesauce and crackers. I hope soon I'll be able to each some chicken. If not I'll be heading in to see the Dr because a stomach virus should only last 2-3 days and I should be back on a normal diet within a week. I have been keeping up with my water and am not dehydrated this week, so that is a healthy step. I've also been trying to get lots of rest... at least when LB lets me.Changes I've Seen
Well, I tried on my wedding dress and guess what? It doesn't fit! Yep, that's a good thing. Plus, my jeans were falling off yesterday. I really hope I can keep this weight off. With all the sickness in this house last week, it's the least my body could do... I'd hate to have gone through all that just to gain back what I lost and then some. I guess I need to work out as soon as I am healthy enough to do so so that I don't gain it all back at once.My Numbers {From Last Saturday's Weigh In}
