Motivation Monday
Welcome to Motivation Monday! I will be chronicling my journey back to a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Each week I will discuss how the previous week was and set some goals for the next week. I am doing my Motivation Mondays a little differently now. I will still be weighing in, but instead of tracking my progress by workouts done and pounds lost, I will be sharing some healthy steps I've taken during the week and some positive changes I have noticed.
Healthy Steps
I am going to try some new foods, especially more chicken and fish and munching on veggies throughout the day. Also, I think I might be going with DH to work everyday or every other day. I am def. going on Thursdays for my Bible Study and now on Mondays so Little Bit can play with other children. The days I take him to work I plan on working out in the little mommy gym they have set up in the rec center. It has about 20 machines on one side of a fence and a play area for little ones on the other side. It isn't too great, but as long as they have a bike, treadmill and (hopefully) a hip/thigh machine then I'll be set. Wish me luck in getting out the door by 0500 every morning! I need to do it though. I'm not getting anywhere and it is obvious I am not going to use my work out DVDs until I am more fit. I jiggle and get out of breath and then I feel stupid and don't do it again. :0(Changes I've Seen
Still feeling under the weather. I woke up a couple days ago with a fever, dry scratchy throat, and achy all over. I am much better today than yesterday, but I think I might have a couple more days left before I am back 100%.My Numbers {From Last Saturday's Weigh In}
