My Week's Workouts:
We haven't been keeping up with our nightly walks as you can see on my sidebar mile tracker. It got cold and icy again these last couple of days. Today looks pretty warm and sunny though, probably about 30* out. Hopefully we can walk our full route today. Last time half our street was flooded cutting off half our route. We are expected to have sleet and rain this week so I'm not sure how much we'll be taking LB out. We'll see. I guess I need to go up and down the stairs instead.
